You can only return an item when:
• The item is complete and unopened.
This is due to health protection and/or hygiene after breaking the seal after delivery.
Items that cannot be returned:
• Credits, such as shop credit, discount code and gift cards are not redeemable for money.
• Products that can spoil within the cooling-off period cannot be returned
Exchange
It is not possible to exchange products.
